Coming from a humble London family and formally trained in architecture, my original dream was almost singularly focused on becoming an architect. Over time, I discovered that my true passion lay in the broader world of real estate — the interplay between design, development, and strategic delivery. I retrained as a Chartered Development Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and went on to complete an extraordinary ambition: earning membership across four Royal Charter institutions, including the MCABE and MCIOB. This journey has allowed me to balance the technical, the financial, and the artistic — shaping places not just as structures, but as living, sustainable communities.
